Charter Mark newspaper advert

Dear Colleague

Thank you for responding to our recent advert. We have been delighted with the high response of people wanting to use the Charter Mark scheme in their organisation.

I have pleasure in enclosing information:

The Charter Mark Guide for Applicants sets out the details of the scheme. It shows how you can use Charter Mark as a customer-focused quality improvement tool and how to apply for a Charter Mark.
The Charter Mark Holders Directory sets out details of the over 2000 organisations that currently hold Charter Mark. You will see that there is a huge range of organisations listed from a wide variety of sectors. Whether you work in Education or Health, Local Government or Central Government, Voluntary sector or as a Sub-Contractor the directory lists a wealth of organisations and people all of whom are willing to share their experience with you.
Modernising Government News a quarterly newsletter that brings news and updates from across the public sector on the wider modernisation agenda and areas connected with quality issues more generally.

You can also visit our website at www.chartermark.gov.uk where you can view the webcast of the recent Charter Mark Award Ceremony and find ‘Charter Mark Winners 2000’ snapshot summaries of various holders. Also available is The Charter Mark Communications Guide highlighting some past publicity generated by Charter Mark holders.

Later this year we will launch our marketing programme aimed at those who want to learn more about Charter Mark. Seminars, workshops and exhibitions are provided free of charge. We will write to you in the autumn to give you an early opportunity to book your places.

Thank you for your interest in Charter Mark. If you would like to discuss this further please call our enquiry line on 0207 276 1755.

Yours sincerely
