An evaluation of the Cabinet Office guide:
How to conduct written consultation exercises (an introduction for central government)
In June 1998, the Cabinet Office published the guide "How to conduct written consultation exercises - An
introduction for central government". A commitment was given to evaluating the
guide on a regular and systematic basis and make the results public. This is the first
such evaluation, which assess how far the guide had been adopted across government and the
impact it has made.
