Charter Mark Seminars and Workshops

We run a range of Charter Mark events at no charge. This year we are offering Charter Mark Seminars along with a Quality Market Place, and a series of "hands on" Charter Mark Workshops.

Charter Mark Seminars

These give a positive and stimulating introduction to the scheme and are for those new to Charter Mark.

The seminars last half a day providing delegates with the background information necessary for them to take the first steps. The lively and informative presentation will give an overview of the scheme and focus on the benefits – delivering improvements in customer service and staff morale. It will also illustrate how Charter Mark interfaces with other quality schemes.

So if you know relatively little about Charter Mark, or want to refresh your knowledge, register now at www.cmseminarworkshop.com

Quality Market Place

The Quality Market Place is an exhibition which runs in conjunction with the seminars. It provides an unrivalled opportunity for you to find out more about a range of quality improvement tools, talk with the experts on a one to one basis, or just browse the stalls to get more information. The Market Place will bring together under one roof representatives from the Excellence Model, ISO, Best Practice, local Quality Networks and Public Sector Beacon Schemes.

Charter Mark Workshops

These are designed to help you in making an application for Charter Mark and assume some basic knowledge of the scheme. You may be considering applying for the first time or be a more experienced re-applicant.

First time applicants are strongly advised to attend a seminar before a workshop. The workshops will be highly participative and last approximately 2 hours. There will be a further half-hour at the end of the session for delegates to consult with the assessor individually if they wish.

Facilitated by an assessor the workshops will offer you:

Advice and guidance from an expert assessor
The opportunity to share experience, discuss key issues and network within the group
A relaxed, non pressured environment
Free tips to help with your application
