Charter Mark Fee Framework

There is still no charge for the Charter Mark Guide for applicants and a number of other Charter Mark publications. They are available from the publications line on 0845 722 3242

The fee has been introduced so that we can expand the scheme whilst at the same time targeting resources efficiently and effectively on the modernisation of the public services. This fee represents a substantially subsidised fee. The Cabinet Office has an objective over time of full assessment cost recovery.

To determine the relevant fee for your organization follow the flowchart, the fees shown do not include VAT. The fee is for the assessment of your application.
