'Voluntary' Performance Measurements and Indicators

Listed below are some of the 'Voluntary' Performance Measurements and Indicators used by En-Charter Members.

'Voluntary' Performance Measurements and Indicators are those additional to Audit Commission Indicators and the adoption at local level of national targets.

Many of these performance measurements and indicators have been adopted by all En-Charter Members, in other cases where indicated further information can be obtained from the named local authority.

General Performance Measurements and Indicators

Satisfaction levels: Residents and Businesses
Benchmarking costs and demands
Levels of Achievement of Stated Service Standards (e.g. response times).
