'Voluntary' Performance Measurements and Indicators are those additional to Audit
Commission Indicators and the adoption at local level of national targets.
Many of these performance measurements and indicators have been adopted by all
En-Charter Members, in other cases where indicated further information can be obtained
from the named local authority.
