There is a small implementation team based in The Office of the Third Sector in the Cabinet Office.

v, launched on May 8th 2006 is the new charity tasked with taking forward the Russell Commission’s Recommendations.
Rod Aldridge is chair of v and Terry Ryall is the Chief Executive.
They are supported by a youth advisory board, v20, and a Board of Trustees made up of four representatives from v20, Philip Udeh, Sarah Ford, Jay Okwera and Sarah Reynolds as well as Dame Tanni Grey Thompson DBE, Fiona Dawe OBE, Trevor Pears, Larissa Joy, Dr Justin Davis-Smith, Manny Amandi MVO and Oona King.
