4th European Quality Conference (Finland) Best Practice Case Studies

The Office of Public Services Reform is co-ordinating the selection of three outstanding best practice cases to be presented at the next conference which is to be held in Tampere, Finland on 27-29 September 2006.

It is important that the UK presents some powerful examples of innovation and we are looking for suitable cases that meet the criteria we have set. In particular cases that can demonstrate:
