OPSR commissioned The Office of Public Management to conduct some research into the impact of changes proposed in the "New Relationship with Schools" announced by David Milliband. The report "Parental Perceptions of Bureaucracy in Schools"
looks at OFSTED inspections, communication with parents and how bureaucracy might be reduced.
