OPSR is running a series of seminars to give senior public service managers the opportunity to discuss the core narrative and the rationale underlying departments’ 5 year service strategies, published by the Prime Minister and Secretaries of State in late July. Building on the huge delivery achievements of the last few years, this next phase is seeking to establish more sustainable improvement by giving higher profile to serving people as customers, patients, learners, and residents. Personalisation and choice will be the headline debate.
