Communications, chaired by Bob Phillis, was published today. A copy

The Cabinet Office has issued a Press Notice announcing the
publication of the report.

The Prime Minister has today published the interim conclusions of
the Review Group. A copy of the Report can be obtained below.

The Prime Minister has now asked the Review Group to complete its
work, taking into account any recommendations which may emerge from
the Hutton Inquiry.

Douglas Alexander today announced a radical and external review
of Government Communications.
This review forms part of the Government's Response to the Public
Administration Select Committee's report following its inquiry into
media handling at the former Department for Transport, Local
Government and the Regions. The Government has accepted the
Committee's central recommendation that there should be a
"radical external review" of Government communications.
