Appendix A: Who produced this framework?

This document was prepared for a steering committee of local authority web and policy staff, and was written by Alasdair Mangham, APLAWS, and Camden Council.

The steering committee discussed the issues and reviewed drafts of the document.

It reported to the Local Government Reference Group organised by the Office of the e-Envoy.
