e-Ministers
The UK Online Strategy is overseen by the e-Minister and
the e-Envoy, who report directly to the Prime Minister. At
a political level, the e-Minister is supported by Ministerial
colleagues across Whitehall, known as 'e-Ministers'. For more

e-Champions
At an official level, the e-Minister and e-Envoy are supported
by a group of e-Champions. The e-Champions are
a group of senior officials from each Government Department
(formerly Information Age Government Champions). For more

UK Online Annual Report
The e-Minister and e-Envoy published their third Annual Report
in November 2002. The Annual Report set out the progress made
in meeting the Governments objectives and established
the UK Online Strategy to drive forward future progress. For

UK Online Action Plan
The UK Online Strategy, as set out in the UK Online Annual
Report, includes 133 detailed recommendations covering 26
commitments to ensure that the UK is at the forefront of the

Monthly Reports to the Prime
Minister
The e-Minister and e-Envoy provide the Prime Minister with
a monthly report to the Prime Minister, setting out progress
towards meeting the UK Online Strategy. These reports are
