This page provides details of the e-Champions e-Communications group

Terms of Reference Responsibilities  Membership

To act with the authority and responsibility to set the standards for Government e-communications, as part of the UK online strategy, in particular by:

  • taking forward the development of e-communications standards, both technically and as a communication tool (for example by ensuring customer focus, therefore resulting in an effective two way communication);
  • promoting the e-agenda internally and externally by ensuring that there is a greater awareness, understanding and take-up of e-communications;
  • taking decisions and developing workplans to ensure that actions are implemented throughout Government;
  • ensuring that the entire e-Champions group is fully consulted on significant cross-Government issues;
