This is the second in a series
of annual UK online reports setting out our plans to deliver
UK online: a major initiative to ensure that everyone in the
UK who wants it will have access to the Internet, and to make
the UK one of the world's leading knowledge economies. The
Annual Report covers five over-arching themes: Modern Markets;
